I'm

General Info About Me

I am the type of person to feel joy when helping others in their time of need. However, I am also a very practical person, and as such, I want to be able to deliver assistance in a practical form. When trying to help someone, I don’t provide emotional support. I try to help them look for solutions to their problems.

As a general health-based profession, kinesiology allows me to utilize problem-solving skills, anatomy, bio-mechanics, and much more to help others with their bodies and to fix issues pertaining to their health. Because at the end of the day, health is wealth right?

Technology is the future. And what more practical way to benefit the masses than computer science? Our advance in technology allows us to continue making innovative programs and software to benefit those around us. The feeling of automating programs to assist us in our daily living is like no other!

These two subjects branch off into many more disciplines; with intricacies in similar but completely different ways. One boasts knowledge in bio-medical sciences whereas the other emphasizes math and problem-solving.

There are many goals that I want to pursue. I dream big, and the skies the limit.

Red Cross Emergency First Responder An Emergency First Responder is trained in CPR/AED, assessment, head and spinal injuries, poisoning, etc.
Assessing Injuries/Recommending Action I have experience in recovery and rehabilitation through my work as a Trainer with the Golden Bears Hockey team and assistant to RTP Health (Manual Osteopathy).
Volunteering Abroad I went to Mexico City to work as an assistant to a Neuro-focused Physiotherapist at a Children's Rehabilitation Center for two months.
Leadership A few examples I can think of include leading a team of 5 to reach the finals of a case competition, being a mentor to a teen, and developing a 100+ member community focused on studying/learning.
